Meditate on your solar intention using the full energy of the sun.

Bring brightness into the fullness of life.

Connect to the work you are doing.

Reward your courage and fearlessness.

Honour all who have worked towards their own light.

Face west. Soften your gaze.

Take few cleansing breaths.

Observe your thoughts and let them go.

Inhale pure cooling light.

Brush aside your worries and doubts.

Feel a cooling light all over your body.

Flutter your eyelids open

Continue with your day and evening.
