MONTHLY LEVEL TWO ANUSARA YOGA CLASS
Join Kristina, for a live Level two (intermediate) online (zoom), last Sunday of each month at 7.15-8.30pm NZT to challenge your practice and work towards a harder peak pose. This will be a mini-version of our 1.5hr in person deep play that occurs in Christchurch, NZ.
MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION WEEKLY CLASS
Join Audrie, for a weekly class online (zoom), every Thursday 7-7.30pm NZT. Join this class to establish and anchor into a mindfulness practice. Join to live with more acceptance, calm, joy, intention and awareness.
WEEKLY ANUSARA FLOW CLASS
Join Kristina, for a weekly online (zoom) 45-min flow class on Monday's 6.30-7.15am (NZT) infused with all the elements of an Anusara practice but with shorter holds in the poses. These classes will leave you feeling uplifted, your body well worked and ready for the week ahead.
WEEKLY ANUSARA MIXED LEVEL YOGA CLASS x2
Join Kristina, for live class online (zoom) each Saturday morning at 8.00-9.00am NZT and Christine du Fresne each Tuesday 7.15-8.30pm.
Experience a class that will challenge and inspire you, whatever level of student you are. Variations, modifications and demonstrations of poses will be provided to best support your experience in the practice.
MONTHLY MOON MEDITATION & RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS
Join Audrie for this online (via zoom) class when the moon is full. So you can connect to the power of the moon and anchor your intentions in a deeply restorative way. This class combines the powerful stillness of Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra to completely relax your whole system, allowing you the space to de-stress.
WEEKLY BEGINNERS & SENIORS YOGA CLASS

Join Audrie for live yoga classes online (zoom) each Wednesday Lunchtime 1pm NZT. This class is great for beginners to Yoga who want a great introduction class to get them moving in a safe and supported way. Suitable for seniors.
