Seniors and Beginners Yoga + Yoga with Audrie
** Practiced yoga in the past - wondering if you can still do it?
** Uncertain whether you can do yoga but willing to try?
** Wondering which yoga teacher would understand you?
** Like yoga with others at the same stage or age as you?
These classes are for you!
Classes suit older adults or beginners with a teacher that understands. Practise with a group of like-minded people with simple moves that everyone can do.
Start with a gentle warm up then do yoga standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. Relax with 3-4 minutes to close the class.
Check with your health professionals if you are under their care.
