Occurs online (via zoom) when the moon is full each month. This class combines the powerful stillness of Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra to completely relax your whole system, allowing you the space to destress and anchor your intentions.

These classes are for you!
Classes suit older adults or beginners with a teacher that understands. Practise with a group of like-minded people with simple moves that everyone can do.
Start with a gentle warm up then do yoga standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. Relax with 3-4 minutes to close the class.
