With over 50 years of practice and study, Carlos blends his monastic experience as a former Swami of the Saraswati order with his academic background, holding two Master’s Degrees in Sanskrit and Religious Studies.
Carlos’s teaching style is celebrated for its clarity, depth, and relatability. He brings ancient yoga teachings to life in a way that is accessible, meaningful, and transformative. His ability to embody the teachings with humility and graciousness creates a learning environment that inspires students to deepen their own practice.

 Each month we will begin a new series of classes that are focused on building skills and capability in the Anusara Yoga method.
The classes will be 60-minute mixed level. Each week we will build upon the foundation that was laid before to give your body and mind the opportunity to really open to the possibility of achieving a new yoga pose.
